Win500 2.08 key registration#
We do not issue refunds once a registration key has been provided, except in cases of obvious, accidental, duplicate registrations. It does nothing else and runs unattended. By registering, you acknowledge that you have taken the time to use Win500 with your PSR-500 or PSR-600 during the 30-day free trial period and that the software works to your satisfaction. Version = 1.13 on Windows XP SP3 with a UPS providing clean power to the laptop with 1GB RAM. I'm not sure of this, just pointing out my suspicions based on past problems down there. There is a possibility that the Ethernet switch to which the laptop is connected is losing power in their frequent power outages, at least I suspect this might be happening, so maybe RadioFeed is losing its socket. The DSL can be flaky down there and sometimes it just loses connectivity for a few minutes, so RadioFeed really needs to be more assertive at retrying its Icecast connection attempts. I do have the "Auto Reconnect" box checked, of course. The status log shows an "Icecast2 timeout" and the next line shows "Disconnected" and it seems to give up at that point. I VNC into the machine to see RadioFeed displaying "Cancel" on the Connect/Disconnect button. Application software can access the USB device through a series of DLL function calls. D3XX implements a proprietary protocol different from D2XX in order to maximize USB 3.0 bandwidth. We even broke down and tried to call Whistler for tech support, but guess who doesnt work on weekends (and cant be bothered to say what days they are open on their site).
Win500 2.08 key driver#
Several times now my Key West feed has disappeared on me for hours at a time. FTDI provides a new USB driver called, D3XX, for its range of SuperSpeed USB ICs, such as the FT60x. So we are evidently missing a step somewhere in using the Win500 (v 2.08) program but dont know where. Is there any way to make RadioFeed keep hammering away when its stream to the Icecast server times out?
